My training method is simple but effective and is based on seven core movement principles:
Push + Pull + Bend + Squat + Lunge + Rotate + Gait.
These are the core movements we use in our every day life so, if trained correctly, will have your body functioning better, moving better, and have you feeling fitter and looking great.
Our very first session will start with a detailed assessment. We’ll look at your current movement patterns, posture and overall body dynamics. We’ll discuss any injuries past or present and really drill down on as much of the micro details as we can.
We’ll also discuss your goals; short, medium and long term.
I’ll then use all resources avalabile to design a program that truly is tailored to you.
