Scott Harding Sports Performance was born from my love of sport and fitness as well as my desire to help people who I saw training incorrectly, often because they just didn’t have the requisite knowledge to train efficiently.
As a population we all should focus on our health and wellbeing first, and our social media following last. It’s hard to tune out the noise but if we put our minds to it we can all strive to live healthier more active lives.
We’ll work together to help you set realistic, achievable goals that are specific to you. As you work with me, you’ll learn not only how to train better but why we use one method over another. Then all you’ll be left to do is go forth and conquer the world; one burpee at a time.
